    NB! The ideal water temperature when brewing matcha is approximately 70-80 degrees celsius. Boiling water will make your matcha taste bitter
    1. Using a bamboo tea scooper or small spoon, place 1 1/2 to 2 teascoops of matcha into the tea bowl or cup;or, measure out a rounded 1/2 teaspoonful. Adjust the amount of matcha to your taste.
    2. Add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of hot water. Amounts can be adjusted to your preference.
